BEFORE YOU BEGIN

NAVIGATORS

Please make sure that the navigator in use is up to date and use one of the following ones: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari

The platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer/The Microsoft Edge

DEVICES

COMPUTER: You have access to all the events you are invited to, topics, activities and modules. Please make sure your computer’s operating system is up to date (for example Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Linux Operating System, etc)

MOBILE PHONE: In each event you are invited to, you can comment, upload images & videos and respond to surveys. To complete all other activities (such as heatmaps and mapping) please use your computer. Please make sure your mobile phone’s operating system is up to date (for example iPhone OS/iOS - Apple, Android OS - Google Inc., etc)

TABLET: In each event you are invited to, you can comment, upload images & videos and respond to surveys. To complete all other activities (such as heatmaps and mapping) please use your computer. Please make sure your tablet’s operating system is up to date (for example iOS for Apple Tablets, Android OS, Windows for Tablets, Chromebook for Tablets, Fire OS, etc)


FIRST TIME REGISTRATION?

You can register to the platform once you have received an invitation email sent by the administrator or the moderator of the event:

1. Login to your email account.

2. Open the invitation email.

3. Click on the “Access the event.”

4. At this stage, the link will take you to the registration page.

5. Create your Username, Email, Password (confirm your password) & agree to the terms & conditions.

6. On the registration page you have the option to “complete my detailed profile.”

7. If you need additional support, click on “I need help”

WARNING: your invitation email is individual and personal, for security purposes, please do not forward your invitation email; if you do so, the invitation link will be deactivated

ACCOUNT ALREADY EXISTS?

If you receive an error message such as “account already exists” or “there is already an account with this email” it means that your email is already associated to a Krealinks account.

1. In this case, click on login

2. Click on forgot password?

FORGOT PASSWORD?

1. Click on “forgot password”?

2. Type in your email

3. Click on send

4. An automated message will appear. Please check your email within the next 30 minutes and check your primary, social, promotions and spam folders. You will receive an email with the object “reset your password”. Please open the email and click on the link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. You will be able to “change your password.”

5. The email will read: Reset your password Hello, You asked to reset your password. If this is the case, please go to this URL to continue:

6. On the “change my password page” insert your new password and confirm it.

7. Save

8. You will be re-directed to the “login page”

This message means that your account is not activated to access the platform.

1. Check your emails and open the activation link to activate your account.

2. You can now login with your email and your password in the LOGIN page.

You didn’t received an Invitation email?

Please contact the moderator of the event so he/she can send you a new invitation link

THERE IS NO ACCOUNT WITH THIS EMAIL or ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXIST

This message means that your email is not linked to a Krealinks account.

1. Head to the REGISTRATION page and fill out the registration form

2. Check your email and open the activation link to activate your account

3. You can now login with your email and your password on the LOGIN page.

Once you have created a Krealinks account, you can use the same Email and Password to login.


INVALID CREDENTIALS

This message means that your email or your password are incorrect.

1. Head to the LOGIN page and click on « Forget password? »

2. Type in your email

3. You will receive an email with a link. Click on the link to change your password

4. Change your password

5. You can now login with your email and your new password in the LOGIN page
