Follow the steps to recover your account:

Step 1: Type in your email

Step 2: Check your email within the next 30 minutes and check your primary, social, promotions and spam folders. You will receive an email with the object “reset your password”.

Step 3: Open the email and click on the link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

Step 4: The link will redirect you to the platform where you will be able to change your password.

If you do not receive an email:

- Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.

- Add support@krealinks.com to your address book.

- Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up or sign in to your account.
